Note for the development team
The OTP flow here is entirely client-side and generates the code in the browser for demonstration. Before go-live: move generation, delivery and verification server-side; rate-limit requests per address and per IP; expire codes after ten minutes and invalidate on use; issue a signed short-lived session token; and scope every ERP query to the authenticated customer.
